Curry out of turkey (hen) with apricot

Ingredients:

1 table spoon sunflower oil Majola
1 big chopped onion
450 g brisket of turkey without bones, cut into cubes  2,5 cm
3 table spoons paste curry
300 ml chicken broth
175 g frozen green pea
400 g canned apricot halves
50 g seedless raisins
350 g cooked rice
1 tea spoon grinded coriander  
4 table spoons cut green cilantro
1 sliced green hot pepper
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Warm up oil Majola in a big pan and fry a little bit onion and turkey during 4-5 min.

Add paste curry. Pour in broth and bring to boil stirring all the time. Cover it and stew on small fire within 15 min. Add pea and bring to boil again. Stew under the cover within 5 min.

Pour off juice from apricots into the pot. Slice apricots into small pieces. Add them into the pan to the rest mixture. Add a little bit of apricot juice if the mixture is dryish.

Mix up rice with grinded coriander and fresh cilantro. Add hot pepper, salt and pepper. Put rice on plates with curry above.
