Cooked pears with odoriferous pepper

Ingredients:

4 big ripe pears
300  ml orange juice
2 tea spoons milled odoriferous pepper
60 g   raisins
2 table spoons yellow sugar
  Orange zest for decoration

Preparation:

Cut core out of pears. Peel pears and cut into halves.

Put halves of pears into a big pot. Pour in orange juice, add raisins and yellow sugar.

Warm up, so the sugar could melt. Stir at the same time. Bring to boil and cook 1 min more.

Lower the fire and cook on small fire 10 min, until pears become prepared, but don't boil soft.

Take out pears and put on plates. Decorate with the zest and serve with hot syrup.
