Salad with shrimps

Ingredients:

250 g thin egg noodle
3 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
1 table spoon sesame oil
1 table spoon sesame seeds
150 g germinated beans
1 ripe mango cut into pieces
  green onion
75 g radish
350 g peeled cooked shrimps
2 table spoons bright soy-bean sauce
1 table spoon sherry

Preparation:

Put noodles into large bowl and pour with boiling water. Leave it for 10min. Toss noodles aside and dry it with paper towel.

Warm up oil Majola in big pan and fry noodles stirring within 5 min.

Take off pan from fire and add sesame oil, sesame seeds and germinated beans.

In separate bowl mix mango with sliced green onion, radish and shrimps. Add soy-bean sauce and sherry.

Add to noodles mixture with shrimps and put it on plate. Serve it at once, because this salad has to be eaten warm.
